The Effects of Gradual and Radical Exercise Load for pH, Lactic Acid


Abstract
The purpose of this study is to investigate the effects of gradual and radical exercise load on the ph, and lactic in blood by selecting 20 subjects in S place of works all subjects began exercise by 6m pH for 4 min at start and increasing every min as gradual load, and subjects began exercise by 9m pH at first and increased up to HR 140 as radical exercise load.
The results are as follows ;
1. In pH Blood, exercise load is Lower than radical training in all subject(p<0.05).
2. LA in blood exercise is higher than radical exercise load in all subject(p<0.01).
3. LA all subject showed high value and its is also in sugar, than the method of exercise load anaerobic energy metabolism.
4. Blood, radical exercise load is higher than radical exercise load in all subject(p <0.05).
